Platform Terms for BEERTKNS

beertkns.com is owned and operated by FIKA MONEY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16142420), registered office 80 Bailey Avenue, Meon Vale, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, CV37 8QW. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean FIKA MONEY LTD.
These terms govern your use of the FIKA MONEY LTD platform and its creator storefronts (including BEERTKNS, and other FIKA MONEY LTD brands, together the “Platform”) as a supporter.
1. What FIKA MONEY LTD is
FIKA MONEY LTD is a platform that lets you support independent content creators with one-off or recurring payments. Each creator storefront is operated by FIKA MONEY LTD on behalf of an independent creator. Creators are not employees or agents of FIKA MONEY LTD.
2. Payments
2.1 All payments are processed by Stripe. FIKA MONEY LTD does not store your card details.
2.2 When you support a creator, your payment is routed to the creator's own Stripe account. FIKA MONEY LTD receives a platform fee on each transaction.
2.3 Payments are voluntary support for a creator's publicly available content. You are not purchasing goods or services, and no goods or services will be delivered. The platform has no way to deliver goods, files or private content, and no creator can offer them.
2.5 Recurring support renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your confirmation email or by contacting support@beertkns.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.
2.6 Charges appear on your statement as beertkns.com.
3. Refunds
3.1 Because payments are voluntary support, they are generally non-refundable.
3.2 We will refund payments made in error (for example, duplicate charges or an unintended amount) or without authorisation, where you contact us within 14 days of the charge.
3.3 Other refund requests are considered case by case at our discretion. See our Refund and Dispute Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform to send unlawful funds, to harass or threaten any creator, or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may block or refuse any payment and suspend any supporter account at our discretion where we suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
5. Content
Creator content, storefront text, and creator media belong to the relevant creator or their licensors. The FIKA MONEY LTD and brand names, logos, and Platform design belong to FIKA MONEY LTD.
6. Our role and liability
6.1 FIKA MONEY LTD provides the Platform “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6.2 We are not a party to the relationship between you and any creator beyond facilitating your payment.
6.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of payments you made through the Platform in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. Payment data is handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
